A New Report Shows A High Risk of Displacement in Ivy City, and Proposes Policy Solutions

Ivy City is a neighborhood in Northeast Washington, DC that is gentrifying. Absent intervention, residents are likely to be displaced. This new report reviews Washington’s current anti-displacement policy and proposes ways to avoid displacement in Ivy City and neighborhoods like it throughout the city.
