Ayesha is a third-year undergraduate studying Data Science at UC Berkeley. She is passionate about working on projects that can help increase low-income communities’ access to greater opportunity. Ayesha hopes that one day her work can benefit her own community in San Jose, where she grew up.
The project aims to understand the nature of gentrification, and displacement, and exclusion in American cities. It focuses on creating tools to help communities identify the pressures surrounding them and take more effective action.
