Caroline is originally from Los Angeles, CA but also calls the Bay home. She is a recent graduate from UCLA Luskin’s Urban & Regional Planning program. She currently works for the UCLA Asian American Studies Center and is involved with the Little Tokyo Community Impact Fund and Migrante Los Angeles.
The project aims to understand the nature of gentrification, and displacement, and exclusion in American cities. It focuses on creating tools to help communities identify the pressures surrounding them and take more effective action.
