Chloe (she/her) is a sophomore majoring in Urban Studies and Data Science at UC Berkeley. She is passionate about exploring the intersection between city planning and data analysis, especially within the realms of housing, policy, and the public realm.
The project aims to understand the nature of gentrification, displacement, and exclusion in American cities. It focuses on creating tools to help communities identify the pressures surrounding them and take more effective action.
