Isaac is a current Statistics MA student at UC Berkeley, having completed his Bachelor’s degree from Berkeley in May 2021. He started working with CCI and UDP in summer 2020, collecting and joining datasets for the ADU analysis project. Currently, he works with HCD to improve the annual progress reports completed by hundreds of California’s jurisdictions. Outside of CCI, Isaac is a TA for data science courses. Originally from Philadelphia, he is a big Phillies and Eagles fan!
The project aims to understand the nature of gentrification, and displacement, and exclusion in American cities. It focuses on creating tools to help communities identify the pressures surrounding them and take more effective action.
